@chaostorgo.bsky.socialDriving music is now the new #RobinTrower album SHINE. Great #CD. The usual solid #songwriting and amazing #guitar work. #hardrock #bluesrock #psychedelicrock 🎸🎶🇬🇧💙
@jaychasjohnson.bsky.socialI said it was the most commercial thing Trower probably ever did but not the best.
I posted this one on Twitter and thought you liked it but may be thinking of someone else.

Robin Trower - Caledonia (1975)
One of the most commercial sounding tunes that Trower ever did and was released a single:
#81 Canada
#82 US Billboard Hot 100

@mrkevees.bsky.socialRobin Trower’s Shine is pure guitar magic. His tone is unmistakable—bluesy, soulful and heavy without ever losing its melodic touch. The riffs burn, the solos soar, and the whole album feels like a late-night blues-rock journey. Trower at his best. 🔥🎸 #RobinTrower #Shine #NowListening

@timbadrick.bsky.social#RobinTrower, at 81 years of age, is a legend to be able to come up with the blues rock album that's just been released, titled SHINE.
It might not be in the same league as BRIDGE OF SIGHS, his early 70s masterpiece, but it's no dud. His bass guy in the band does the singing.
