#RobinOfSherwood S3 E13 The final episode 😢 Pt2 of Time of the Wolf. Robin’s teeth are absurd! Fave scene is the captured Sheriff deciding he’s not playing along with this mad wolf lark! Irksome to have the whole series end on such a mediocre one. Rating 3/5. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E12 Time of the Wolf Pt1. This scaled up the action, with Robin & Merries leading a full-on villager uprising! Epic! Fave scene is that attack to steal back the grain. Sudden Marion marriage plans seem abrupt tho. Rating 3/5. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E11 Rutterkin. A better episode than I remembered with a great turn from Annabelle Lee as Mad Mab. It has scheming, betrayal, ambush, witchcraft & piglets (lots of them). Fave scene is when LJ announces that he’s leaving to settle down with the missus. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E11. An entertaining but uneven episode. Best scene is the doctor(barber) treating the Sheriff 😂 The Sheriff’s dream sequence is rather great too. Reece Dinsdale (Arthur) proves a compelling performer as always. Rating 3/5. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E9 Adam Bell. Well written episode reflecting on what happens when the outlaw ages and outgrows his own legend. Good performance from the titular character. Fave scene is the montage of the rescued child playing with the Merries. Rating 4/5. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E7 The Betrayal. The King sends doppelgänger Merries to cause chaos. Episode starts well but ends in farce with Marion ducking the King’s advances. Rating 3/5. Best scene is LJ & Scarlet returning downcast to Sherwood after the villagers reject them. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E7 Crom Cruac. My favourite episode from S3. Supernatural theme, well executed. Rating 5/5 despite the terrible puppet & the slomo fight sequence being kinda crap. Best scenes are when Tuck & Marion visit the abbey; the prodigal son returning. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s #89sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E6 Cross Of St Ciricus. Solid episode with Scarlet & Much bringing ample hilarity. Fave scene though is between Tuck & Lady Gisburne; the confession & revelation. Rating 4/5. #RobinHood #Medieval #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E5. The Sheriff gets his own episode & it’s a good ‘un! Great scenes as the Sheriff runs lost thru Sherwood and is later confronted by Much. Also features the gayest baddie in the series in the form of the sadistic new Sheriff. Rating 4/5. #RobinHood #80s #80sTV #ClassicTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E4 The Inheritance. An Arthurian twist to this one. I enjoyed the reveal at the end (and the gender equality theme). Irish legend Cyril Cusack appears. New Robin & Marion seem to be getting loved up 🥰 Rating 4/5. #RobinHood #KingArthur #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E3 The Power Of Albion. Solid episode, tho not spectacular. Nice to see Marion return more to character. Some good scenes, with my fave being Robert & the Sheriff’s beer fest. Rating 4/5. #RobinHood #80sTV #80s #ClasdicTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E2 Herne’s Son Pt 2. That’s more like it! Great scenes abound as Robin reunites the band to rescue Marion. More Merries, less Owen Of Clunk = better episode. Rating 4/5. Fave scene: Little John & Robin arguing & staff fight (or Scarlet scrap)! #RobinHood #80s #80sTV #ClassicTV

#RobinOfSherwood S3 E1 Herne’s Son Pt 1. Oh dear, it’s a rough transition to a new Robin. Jason C is a likeable guy, but lacks the leading man charisma of Michael Praed. Owen & entourage are a letdown; cartoon baddies. Marion is reduced to damsel in distress!?! Rating 3/5. #RobinHood #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S2 E7 The Greatest Enemy 💔 Hands down the best episode of the whole series. Rating 5/5. Writing & directing top notch. Stakes couldn’t be higher. Actors give it all. Best scene is the saddest scene, the parting of Robin & Marion and the demise of our hero. 😭 #RobinHood #80s #80sTV

#RobinOfSherwood S2 E6 Swords of Wayland pt 2. Gripping episode made all the better by Rula Lenska’s outstanding turn as Morgwyn of Ravenscar. Best scenes are dominated by her. Lucifer almost manifesting scared the heck outta me as a kid many moons ago. Rating 5/5. #RobinHood #80s #80sTV #ClassicTV

#RobinOfSherwood S2 E5 Swords of Wayland pt1. Thrilling episode as the Merries do a Seven Samurai homage. Kudos to the costume designer. Fave scene is the attack on the village as the hounds of lucifer appear. Scary! 😈Rating 5/5. #RobinHood #80s #80sTV #ClassicTV

#RobinOfSherwood S2 E4 The Enchantment. Robin is bewitched by Lilith and… guess who’s back, back again…the boo hiss Baron returns! Best scene is Marion’s frantic worry in the woods as the Merries try to comfort her. Solid 4/5 rating. #RobinHood #80s #80sTV #ClassicTV

#RobinOfSherwood S2 E3 Lord of the Trees is heavy on the mysticism, but a great watch. Rating 4/5. Fave scene is the fanfare & greeting from the villagers as the outlaws arrive (we first meet Edward in S2!?! It can’t be so!) The warmth of community is palpable here. #RobinHood #80s #80sTV #ClassicTV

#RobinOfSherwood S2 E2 is a return to form. The focus on the Jewish family is interesting in itself, but it’s the Robin & Will power struggle that really engages. Top scene is the row between the two in the forest after Tuck is injured. Rating 4/5. #RobinHood #80s #80sTV #ClassicTV
