I love it when she finds her voice, standing up to her family for their duplicity and other shenanigans. In walks Emmitt. I like him and how things progress with Sophia. There are missteps, overstepping, mixed signals, and more. I'm not keen on one area, but I love it when someone points out the mistake. -- Book quote 'I chew my lip as the memories of that kiss–that all consuming, breath stealing - make you…apparently pass out–kiss.' -- Sophia Andrews There are several twists throughout. A few I was ahead of, but when the karma twist rears its head, I could only laugh at it. You know what they say about Karma. 🤷‍♀️😂 As misplaced as her ire may be, I love how protective Sara is. Similarly, in general, I love the family dynamics on Emmett's side of the aisle. It's heartwarming.
