@arkanalabs.bsky.socialAs suspected, extensive accumulation of intra-podocyte myeloid bodies (a.k.a. zebra bodies, myelinosomes) are seen in all podocyte cell bodies examined (see image below). And, subsequent testing revealed Fabry disease in this patient.
