At #EANO2026, #EORTC 2227-LEGATO trial is addressing an important question: does adding #reirradiation to lomustine improve outcomes compared with lomustine alone in #glioblastoma?
Hopefully this phase III trial will generate the evidence needed to define the role of reRT at first progression.
