Some places make it easy to sit still. Ray and Misty have found a shaded bench beside the lake, with the water moving and the trees doing very little. A few seconds here is a welcome change of pace. #RayAndMisty #QuietMoments

The finished drawing comes with a full presentation. Misty appears happy to sit through it. A familiar arrangement if you’ve ever been asked to admire a new masterpiece before the chalk dust has settled. #RayAndMisty #FamilyMoments

An open box, a perfectly good cushion beside it, and a cat who has made her choice. Ray’s reaction says the rest. Anyone who has unpacked a delivery around a cat will recognise this arrangement. #RayAndMisty #LifeWithCats

I could sit here for a while. Ray and Misty watch the dandelion seeds drift across the field as the sun goes down. The evening light is doing most of the work here, and I'm happy to let it. #RayAndMisty #EveningLight

Ray has the clean towels. Misty has the best seat in the room. #RayAndMisty #FamilyLife

A little invitation. A very happy friend. There is always room for you beside me. #RayAndMisty #Friendship #Kindness

Rain at the window, a friend by your side, and a moment to slow down. #RayAndMisty #FamilyMoments
