Now as i'm tinking of that better will be someone from the streats from the beggining, experienced by the life and cruelty and kindness from aristocracy and common people both. She could observe, learn and sometimes steal and that way carve out her position in the underworld.

My rough, first sketch idea is that: Rava Verdo is a pseudonym that she adapted after escaping Ishgard. She was there a part of a criminal underbelly of the city mostly dealing in information business. Her skillset would be mostly charisma and intelligence based with a bit of magic.
