A whimsical watercolor-and-ink illustration shows a small girl standing centered beneath an enormous yellow umbrella. Her eyes are closed, her cheeks softly flushed pink, and her small mouth rests in a faint, thoughtful curve. Loose dark brown hair spills around her face and shoulders, with fine sketchy strands extending outward. She wears a deep blue raincoat with a broad collar, a short ruffled skirt, black-and-white striped stockings, and oversized yellow rain boots. Both hands clasp the curved handle of the umbrella directly in front of her. The umbrella dominates the upper half of the composition, painted in loose washes of golden yellow and ochre with expressive black outlines. Gray, blue, brown, and yellow watercolor blooms spread across the textured white paper behind her, accompanied by scattered ink flecks, paint splatters, and long yellow drips. Beneath her boots, a dark horizontal wash suggests wet ground or a shallow puddle, with muted reflections bleeding into blue-gray and gold pigment. The loose brushwork, visible paper texture, imperfect ink lines, and restrained palette give the image the intimate appearance of a hand-painted storybook illustration.

#Lore snippet: The twins used to hide during storms when they were little, so Midnight is definitely teasing them here while they show off how "big and brave" they’ve become. 😼

🌧️🍂 Puddle jumping with my OCs! The twins used to fear storms, but now they insist they're brave in their new raincoats.
Art challenge: Used a tricky backlight + bottom fill setup instead of top-left lighting, and the Liquify tool for the coat patterns! 🎨
