To me, #RaidShadowLegends shows why most RPG systems are turn-based. At first, they aimed for realism: if I have 100 speed and you have 200, you attack first and get two turns for every one of mine. That makes sense, but nowadays this system has become a huge mess because of power creep. 🐾

TLDR, We need an expert champion at every debuff in the game. Hard mode requires at least two.
