This graphic lists the guidelines for 'Sitting for Peace': Sitting For Peace takes place in silence, and is open to all who wish to express their conviction and hope in this way.
1. There are no words or music.
2. It is without judgment or opinion.
3. It provides an opportunity, by being present, to support each other.
4. Everyone is free to sit for whatever length of time is comfortable for them, be that an hour, or part of an hour.
5. Each person holds their intention for peace in silence according to their traditions and beliefs.
