Last time we went to Girraween National Park, this Crimson Rosella was roaming around the camp grounds. Looking like he had lost a fight; with damaged tail and flight feathers, it was unable to fly and walked everywhere. We are going again soon, I wonder if he'll be there.

A colorful crimson rosella parrot sits on a patch of sparse grass and mulch on the ground, facing left. The bird features a vibrant red head and body, distinctive bright blue patches on its cheeks and wings, and dark mottled feathers on its back. The tail is damaged and mostly missing. The background is a soft-focus, ground mostly consisting browning grass with small patches of green grass.

A massive, textured granite boulder rests horizontally across two large vertical rocks, creating a natural stone frame or archway. Through this opening, a sunlit dirt path leads into an outdoor landscape filled with eucalyptus trees and scattered smaller boulders under a bright blue sky.

A calm, reflective body of water is surrounded by dense green trees and shrubs under a clear blue sky. The water's surface mirrors the trees and sky, creating a symmetrical reflection. Large, smooth rocks line the banks in the foreground, with a watermark in the bottom-left corner reading "Vincent Kruger Photography".
