I adjusted my rating for 'Damaged Goods' by LJ Shen with Goodreads new quarter-star and half-star ratings. I didn't change the #bookreview itself that is linked below, just the star rating. 👩‍💻 ☕️ #booktok #booksky #publishingsky

There are also several books I rated 4 stars that I felt deserved a little bit more love then I was able to give them at the time so I adjusted them up by a quarter or half too. #booksky #publishingsky #goodreads #writingsky

I just saw that #Goodreads now allows for books to be rated using quarter stars instead of whole stars. I now have some adjustments to make as I have definitely rated some 3.5 star books higher than I wanted to cause 3 stars was too low but 4 stars is also inaccurate. #booksky #publishingsky

@pajiba.com Still hoping you will cover this topic cause why hasn't there been articles on the misogynoir in casting and dearth of Black women in all of these YA + New Adult romance streaming adaptations? #publishingsky

Perhaps an unpopular booktwt opinion but I don't think #romance authors should do book duets if they're unable to release the two books either together or within a month. Cause much like with streaming, 2+ years in-between books, particularly for a duet, is just too long. #booksky #publishingsky
