As #MedicareForAll is back in the debate - if a #PublicOption had been left in the ACA, with Medicare eligibility age moved by 2 years annually (down from 65, up from 18), we’d’ve had MFA 4 years ago. Private insurance would’ve had 12 years to adapt/wind-down.
