The text reads:
Thought I was depressed or losing my mind
My stomach upset almost all of the time
But after I left, it was obvious why
Because for you, you
I was the love of your life
But you were not mine

The first scene depicts Yami Yugi shown from behind. The background is a very blurry scene from the Battle City duel against Kaiba.

The second scene is Atem observing the priests with Seto centered in his vision.

The third through fifth scenes are Kaiba and Atem finding one another in a place full of light (implied afterlife, basically). Atem runs towards Kaiba's open arms, only to run past him.

The final scene is Atem in Priest Seto's arms- both crying happily as they embrace one another.

When his gaze trailed down to where their hands were connected, he swore he saw glittering gold jewels decorating the long fingers and narrow wrist ...before the sight in front of his eyes was unmistakably Kaiba once more.

Art based on a scene from my ongoing fic series. The image is split in half with Kaiba on the upper half against a night sky with a faint glow to his left. He's looking at his hand that is grasping Yugi's.
The second half is Yami Yugi against a brick ground gazing upward with a look of somber familiarity as the rear view of what is supposed to be Kaiba is, instead, Priest Seto. They are also holding hands.

The overlay text reads: "To Be Alone With You"
