If the client doesn't have their shit together, it rolls downhill to the editor. Sometimes I have to ask myself why Im still doing this when Im old enough to retire? #postchat
@vordio.net#PostChat Does this situation ever make sense? I've never seen it before. Or is it a bug in #AdobePremiere. It appears to be related to proxy footage. It is breaking a tool that expects a unique timecode for each file.

I resubmitted the spot to the GPT without a 2-pop and it returned completely different results. It’s making me miss the days when a client would run a spot past his wife to get her opinion. What are we doing people!
@editr.bsky.socialJust had a serious “chat” with a client about NOT following Chat GPT recommendations regarding an edit. The total lack of understanding regarding the footage, story, and message timing is shocking but this is where advertising is in 2026. one more reason I am looking forward to retirement #postchat
