I've had my first player aid created by a fan. They purchased a copy of Pōpoki at @gamemakersguild.bsky.social, played through, loved the game, and started working on a quick reference quide for @boardgamegeek.com.

I was able to capture a live playthrough from a faraway friend, and it now means I’ve made some really good rules edits. Version 1.3.1008 of #Popoki 🐈 is now live!

As part of my production timeline to sell copies of #Popoki 🐈 at @gamemarketwest.bsky.social I also “published” the game online.

I worked to move my online prototype on @playingcardsio.bsky.social from private playtesting to publicly available on their Community Games.

I’m putting the ✂️🎲 finishing touches on Pōpoki for @gamemarketwest.bsky.social this Sunday. I laminated the playmats and tested with some of the components.

Last night at a playtest for @themisplay.com someone at the table asked about *my* upcoming game ✂️🎲 at @gamemarketwest.bsky.social.

And they became the first “customer” outside my family to hold my first published game in their hands. 🫨

A clowder of cats has arrived! I chose the colors based on my cats, Denali and Ginger. But in #Popoki 🐈 these cats are feral and living in an abandoned subdivision. Therefore, this would be a destruction of cats.
