Dialogue with a #TOP bot - trying to soften people that #LVT and #PoorTax really isn't going to force the sale of their homes. Starting with beneficiaries and superannuitants then low income, high mortgage, finally small landlords themselves.
Equity funds and massive corporations do that.

Just lost $147 of my paycheck to late fees & overdrafts.

Being broke is sure expensive.

Done swimming in insulation for the month, plastic going up, so at least next week won't be as rough.
Been close to 100° & covered in fiberglass since Tuesday.

Fiberglass insulation is exposed in the walls of a metal frame building. The ceiling is covered in plastic sheeting with metal banding to contain its insulation. Scaffolding is set up on the corner. An extension ladder protrudes through a hole in the floor.
