Can’t take me anywhere 😝 #polefitness

highlights from today's #PoleFitness open studio time! I'm particularly pleased with fallen angel (the second one, where I'm fully upside down) because I haven't been able to do that and let go with both hands for more than 0.02 seconds before

Chinese pole training, phase two. Ready to try that spin again. Third time's the charm, right? Wish me luck! 💪 #polefitness

Attempted a new spinning transition on the pole today and let’s just say gravity won. Definitely feeling bruised and a little defeated. Growth is hard. #polefitness
