Caramella's slightly crazy brother, Alice. The fairy type gym leader.
Mad Hatter. I'm going to design a hare Pokemon for him.

A drawing of a pokemon gym leader design. He's wearing a large top hat with ruffles (I meant to add some hanging ornaments from the brim but forgot), he's got long fluffy hair in large curls, and is holding what will be designed further into a fairy type regional variant of Sinistea. He's wearing a ruffly shirt, waistcoat and a large tail coat hanging off his shoulders that doesn't show up properly in the drawing for some reason. His trousers end in ruffles and his right leg has a ribbon wrapped around it and tied with a bow. He has platform shoes.
