Why so facinated
With all things ghoulish?
Skulls and and movies
Things that jump out of the Dark?
Horror is a rehearsal
For the Dark of the Year
For thinning of the Veil
For the Final Rest.
We are scared so we are not

A friend's joke,
breath through the trees,
wisps of cloud decorating blue,
that writing that stands out written
by someone else,
life in its sumptuous splendour,
