博物館で伺ったお話、これまで支えてくださった方々との出会い、そして、この場所でイベントを開催できることへの感謝を込めて、kiRinは博物館前の庭で舞を捧げました。
異なる土地で受け継がれてきた伝統を同一視するのではなく、それぞれの歴史と言葉を大切にしながら、対話の場をいただくこと。
この舞に込められた感謝を、10月16日のイベントへとつないでいきます。

@gakkeido.bsky.social9月15日、Pitt Rivers Museumを訪れ、10月のイベントに向けた打合せを行いました。
学芸員のFaye Belseyさんから、博物館が現在の文化継承者や関係者との対話を通して、展示や収蔵品の扱い方をどのように見直してきたのかを伺いました。
以前の展示では、シベリアの同じ地域に暮らす複数の文化集団の品々や日用品が、一つの枠組みの中で紹介されていました。その後の協働を通して、エヴェンキの人々から、自分たちの宇宙観や世界の捉え方、それらに関係する品々を中心に伝えたいという希望が示され、展示の構成も変更されたそうです。
