@futuresprog.mastodon.nzoss.nz.ap.brid.gyI counted 56 living Karo (#Pittosporum) plants this afternoon as I was watering them. “Living” spans from thriving to barely not turning yellow. This does mean I’ve lost about half a dozen, some which were not expected to live and were a long shot.
@futuresprog.mastodon.nzoss.nz.ap.brid.gyTransplanted Karo (#Pittosporum crassifolium) are doing well. These were self-sown underneath the existing hedge. I moved them to some other gaps.
One of them is showing some new growth which is encouraging.
