I think its been a really good year for Wall Brown butterflies. Other than the Whites they seem to be the most plentiful butterflies on the wing for the past few weeks around #Ramsgate and #Pegwell. πŸ™‚

It wasn't just military planes flying past. The Peregrine was being mobbed by the crows and gulls and a Greenshank was on the incoming tide. πŸ™‚ #Pegwell

Some footage of the Great white egret at #Pegwell yesterday with a bonus Red-throated diver and I'm pretty sure that's a Peregrine perched in the distance. :-) #kentbirding

The Red-throated diver was pretty close to #Ramsgate westcliff at high tide yesterday morning. It must have drifted into #Pegwell Bay as I picked it up again at the mouth of the river at the nature reserve later on. πŸ™‚ #Kentbirding
