@culinaryslut.bsky.socialItameshi is a fusion of Italian and #JapaneseCuisine. We had #spaghetti with Manganji Pepper (a sweet pepper from Kyoto) and tender squid, served in a beautiful sauce made with dashi. Possibly one of the best #pastadishes we have ever enjoyed!
