I’m hoping to carry that momentum into this week, though it’s been hard to focus with my daughter recovering from a concussion after a soccer incident.

The player did not get in trouble. Wasn’t called on it. Uploaded video to U.S. Soccer & will also give it to SafeSports.
@szestavilloauthor.comThis has affected my mental health. Made reports to league, Cal North, SafeSport, U.S. Soccer. 5 supervising adults (coaches + referee) claimed to NOT see my daughter get headbutted & head kicked, leading to concussion. Assaulting player was not removed. Game wasn’t stopped.

The assault during a soccer game left my daughter with a concussion. Waiting for police to call back to complete my report.
I’m pressing charges.

For many reasons refused to try a bicycle, but yesterday he saw J riding a used GasGas electric bike and just got on it, rode and learned it, fell many times till sundown. 🧵

Now she’s in the ER being evaluated for a possible concussion. It’s awful seeing kids learn to be nasty so young. Filed a complaint with the league. I’m furious.
