Float artist Jonathan Bertuccelli has released this image of the nearly completed rebuild of the iconic Boeuf Gras for the Rex Parade!

Patrick's Bar Vin in the Quarter is being forced to move, which also means the Krewe of Cork, that has been headquartered in the small wine bar, will also have to find a new home.

Today's parade: 4th annual Krewe du Fool Mermaid Parade, Woldenberg Riverfront Park, 6:30 pm. Parade begins at the Esplanade Ave. entrance, ends at the Aquarium.
