Story (my own):

The story revolves around individuals abducted to serve as test subjects for "Project Phantom," an experiment designed to create Ultraman by harnessing the power of the Ultraman that already exists in their world. The protagonist—a martial arts expert—also participates in the experiment. However, things go awry; some subjects transform into giant Ultramen but lose control, while others manage to escape safely. When the giant Ultramen begin destroying the city, the protagonist steps in to stop them, transforming into an Ultraman by combining "Ki" aura energy with martial arts skills.

(Ultraman Phantom Aqua Thunder)

The protagonist's younger brother—a college lecturer and a brilliant intellectual—discovers that his older brother has transformed into Ultraman. He attempts to cure his brother but runs into complications; consequently, he must undergo an experiment to transform into Ultraman himself in order to assist his brother.

After defeating an enemy (one that bears a resemblance to an Ultraman-type being), the two continue their journey to resolve the underlying issues behind the transformation and uncover the true purpose behind the creation of Ultraman.
