Quand les gens s’organisent pour améliorer leurs conditions, il y a des résultats. Ils n’ont pas besoin d’avoir des représentants qui parlent pour eux, à leur place.

Quand les syndicalistes vivent sur le dos des syndiqués, ils ne les défendent plus; ils leur font peur pour qu’ils restent dans les syndicats. Ils pensent que si les employés ont de mauvaises conditions de travail, alors ils vont se syndiquer pour les améliorer. Les syndicats maintiennent alors les mauvaises conditions de travail et obtient des miettes pour justifier leurs existences. Ils se sont devenus une aristocratie (avec des privilèges) de plus dans l’entreprise: les cadres + les délégués syndicaux. Cette technique ne marche pas vu qu’ils ne représentent plus que 5% de la masse salariale.

Pour pouvoir négocier et s’assoir à la table des négociations, les syndicats doivent respecter le cadre imposé par les décideurs. Pour être utile et respecter les revendications du personnel, il faut que les syndicats puissent sortir de ce cadre et changer la manière dont les décisions sont prises. Par exemple, en France pour les agriculteurs, la FNSEA dialogue avec les personnes au pouvoir car ce syndicat respecte ces règles mais la confédération paysanne, qui elle respecte les revendications des paysans n’est pas reçue par les personnes au pouvoir.

Les agences de l’ONU ont permis d’améliorer les conditions de travail des ouvriers et employés sans violence.
