In comes #OpAssure & another opportunity for the MPS to discipline me, a Black officer.

During this time I made the hard decision to report the #ElderAbuse of my mother to the #MPS - the correct thing to do right?

Not according to
@metpoliceuk

This is my story please share it.

#OpAssure was created after the murder of #SarahEverard but was a convenient tool to dismissed officers & staff that the MPS didn’t like..

In 2017 I reported a SA & Harassment by a white male senior officer against me..he lied to try to justify his behaviour, was investigated

I was dismissed after 16 yrs for Gross Misconduct because the MPS said that I had controlled & coerced my elderly mother who suffers with #dementia
It is not true but when has the #MetPolice been interested in the truth?
Before that lie, they tried to dismiss me under #OpAssure
