🇺🇸 Eli Lilly's #Onswik won FDA approval on Wednesday, the second once-weekly insulin in the US after 🇩🇰 Novo Nordisk's Awiqli in March.

It lands in the flat half of Novo: insulin has sat near EUR 1.7bn a quarter since 2020, while the incretins beside it went 5.5x.
