lots of people #OnHere today are not matching my cranky energy. little jokes and japes got me feeling like the grink.

I'm in therapy, my therapist is phenomenal, I have endless love in my life & am able to find & feel real joy. Sometimes the psyche throws on the breaks on something or other, & you just have to wait it out.

Anyway. That's why you don't see me #onhere very much lately. Something in me has hit pause.
