Screenshot of One More Rail’s terminal-style Rail Authority screen. A speed upgrade on the Kestrel–Cedarfall line is under construction, raising the limit from 70 to 90 km/h. The project is 88% complete and due to open in 38 minutes. The Authority has about $7.36 million available, with three other network expansion projects currently on hold.
