How TF does Farage get away with this?

What would @ofcom.bsky.social do if Zack Polanski or Andy Burnham did the same? We all know the answer?

Can Labour Govt abolish #OFCOM #Ofwat & all other useless monitoring organisations. Waste of public money. #LisaNandy must take action NOW

Bloody hell #Ofwat! Spending millions to get accountants to do *your* job now?

Of all the Tories' grotesque failures, water privatisation must be one of the worst.

It's time to stop enriching the already wealthy. Renationalise water, without compensation!

Ofwat has set out new expectations for 2027-28, requiring water companies to provide clearer explanations of rising bills while giving greater consideration to water scarcity and water efficiency when setting charges.

Water companies are incentivised to reduce leakage. The easiest way to do that - reduce the pressure in the pipe.

Many appliances (showers, combi boilers etc) need a minimum pressure of ~2.5barg to work properly.

The Water companies minimum ( #Ofwat ) obligation is 0.7 barg.

Guess what happened

Can you take 2 mins to respond to #Ofwat's consultation to demand they BLOCK the water bill hike. If water companies can't survive without hiking our bills, let them go bust and bring them into public ownership.

Deadline: midnight Thurs 24th Sept

#Ofwat must STOP this!🤬

Sounds a bit like a move back to pre 1973 situation, when #WaterandSewerage was managed by #LocalGovernment.

Sounds like it might be duplicating what #OFWAT is doing, surely these local/regional regulators would be better being given more power and replacing OFWAT/it's replacement.
