Worms are the quietest and least demanding pets, while giving back generously:
- gold liquid fertilizer, to dilute and feed the veggie patch
- dark moist wormcast, beautiful soil enhancer
- recycling our food scraps, #nowaste

Soak a day in detergent + softener. Hot rinse, shower-head rinse, wring, hang. 20" fan, door shut. A few items every shower. Rent covers utilities but somebody still pays. Waste not want not.

After finishing my jumper last week I had a fair amount of yarn leftover but not really enough to make a whole thing.
So I've made 13 small granny squares. My plan is to do the same with any leftover yarn and then when I have enough for a blanket, attach them all together.
