Still in Yellowstone, getting tons of great cosplay pics. This one is from last night. More pics to come once we're back home and I get a chance to go through them all.

Having finished the 4th book of the #NossSaga by @joabaldwin.com has me wanting more. Not only because the story is a narrative gem, but because of having my ideas subverted in ways that makes me even more intrigued.

The big points being the moon and that eccentric scholar in the last chapter.

Absolutely SOBBING at Alaia singing the mountain song to bring Starjall back from his feral form after his escape from Fjorna. Jesus christ I can't remember the last thing that made me cry this much. #NossSaga #spoilers

I cheated when making the portrait for this lovely wombat. I used another illustration I had done before, and just changed her arms (gave her a salad) and redid some of the line work to match the style of the other portraits.

Character portrait of Ulésse with the Noss Saga logo above, set against a textured brown backdrop. The elderly wombat is wearing a green robe, a conical hat sprinkled with flowers, yellow gloves, and is holding a salad bowl filled with greens and fruits. Her belly pouch holds a variety of gardening tools.

Have a timelapse! With a bonus of @tfiddlerart.bsky.social's art I used for reference at the start of it.

Everyone's favorite kitty. Here's my new illustration of Kulak.

The caracal smiles coyly as he twirls one of his ear tufts in a raised hand, cocking his head slightly. He is wearing a leather kilt with multiple colorful decorations, anthro-ready shoes, several bracelets, and a shodog, which is a fabric that dangles behind his back and attaches to bands around his biceps, leaving his chest and soft belly exposed.

Here's one of the alts.

Character portrait of Lummukem and Olo with the Noss Saga logo above, set against a textured brown backdrop. The Komodo (or varanus) dragon is using their curved tail to stand up, their clawed feet dangling over it. They are reaching a hand up to Olo, an azure-hooded jay of bright blue colors who is preparing to land. Lummukem is holding a halberd crafted with bones and steel, and they are wearing loincloth. The lizard's muscular body is multicolored, shifting between purples, greens, tans, and blues.

Here's the finished painting of Lummukem and Olo. I revealed two other characters to my mailing list just this morning!

Still in love with this commission I got from @gatoiberico.bsky.social of Kulak and Sterjall.
#NossSaga

Kulak the caracal walking alongside Sterjall, gesturing excitedly with his arms while the dark-furred wolf acts a bit shy and reserved. The caracal is wearing a leather kilt and an open-chested green jacket, and the wolf is wearing a blue tunic and decorative tan trousers.
