???: "Hey!"

Panel 2: Low angle of Liam (He/Him), a rabbit similar to Lyle with dark brown locs. He's under a blue umbrella addressing David.
Liam: "Need an umbrella?"

Panel 3: Liam's POV of David, sitting low on the staircase.
David: "Y-yeah. Thanks."

Panel 4: Wide shot of Liam and David sitting across from each other, Liam finding a gray crate to sit on. Liam has given his blue umbrella to David, who has it under his hand.
Liam: "D'you live out here? I've seen you around here and there."
David: "Yeah, since I was kicked out."

Panel 5: Liam: "You were? I know someone who can help! You've probably seen her around too. Speaking of- Do I know you from somewhere else?"
David blushes somewhat and is set aback by someone trying to help him.

Panel 6: David: "I-I do, thanks... Mr. Solomon."
Liam is surprised, his ears suddenly raising, to learn that David knows him and his name.

Panel 1: Lyle waves to Noct at the park. He's wearing a teal collared shirt with a pink bow tie and tan pants. A few buildings, a hedge, and bench can be seen.
Lyle: "Noct, hiiiii~"

Panel 2: Noct holds up a peace sign to Lyle. He's wearing a salmon-colored hoodie and gray pants. The fountain can be seen, devoid of water today.
Noct: "'Sup Lyle, what's the plan today?"

Panel 3: A map of Equinox detailing Lyle and Noct's day.
Their path is illustrated via orange pointed arrows starting in the middle of a grassy patch where the park is. They begin by heading south and turning west for a block, then heading north and to their left to enter Eclipse. Then they leave and head north and slightly eastward to Lyle's apartment then back westward and then north to a strip mall. Then heading south and further east, they travel further east than the park to the library at the edge of the map and then head south and then west to return to the park.
Lyle: "Let's drop by Eclipse for lunch!"
Noct: "Sounds nice."

Lyle: "Oh! Lemme get my stuff from home- I got books to return!
Noct: "'kay."

Lyle: "Ah! First... Let's do some shopping over here."
Noct: "W-wait."

Lyle: "Aight- book time!"
Noct: "L-Lyle?"
Lyle: "Now let's go back to tha park!"

Panel 4: Lyle cheerfully tilts their head back with arms to their side. Noct is looking noticeably winded.
Lyle: "That was a nice day out~ Maybe next we-"

Panel 5: Noct has fallen over and is off-panel. Lyle reaches out toward him. A little ghost appears above where Noct fell over.
Lyle: "NOCT! What happened?!"
Noct (weakly): "lungs don't worrrk"

Phoebe: "It's- A Severed Paradise steelbook!"

Panel 2: Phoebe looks to her hand trying to pull out her wallet. She then realizes the wallet isn't there; the wallet is a transparent outline.
Phoebe: "Finally! I- Where's my wallet."

Panel 3: Phoebe calmly begins to leave the game store to retrieve her wallet. Phoebe's outfit is visible; she wears purple overalls and a pale purple short-sleeved shirt. She pushes the door behind her and thinks to herself.
Phoebe: (In... my car... Back to the car I go-)
The thought is interrupted.

Panel 4: In the corner of the panel, Phoebe's ear flickers in response to something. A nondescript gray patron of the store finds the Severed Paradise case for itself.
Patron: "Woah! A super-cool steelbook!"

Panel 5: Believing the patron to be holding the last copy, Phoebe rushes back to her car, retrieves her wallet, and back to the store in the span of 0.2 seconds, the surroundings all a gray blur.
Phoebe: (Goddammit. Back to car- is that my wallet? Let's gooooo! Gotta seize the steel-)

Panel 6: Phoebe ends up at the store counter with the game case in her hand, having knocked over the ambiguous patron. The mourning dove cashier looks unamused.
Phoebe: "T-the steelbook, please.
Cashier: "Ma'am, you know we have multiple copies, right?"

Panel 2: Liam, with his locs tied back wearing a desaturated lavender sleeveless shirt, sits at a table having drinks with an anthropomorphic otter woman. Liam's "friend" is blushing while Liam has a confused expression.
Otter: "Hehe~ I've never been with a rabbit before!"

Panel 3: On a different day, Liam sits on a park bench with a shy cream-colored anthropomorphic cat boy.
Cat: "I-I've never felt this way for anyone before..."
A text bubble indicates that the two of them met 3 days ago. Liam, uncomfortable with the advance, is leaning away from the cat.

Panel 4: On another day, in the park with a rook-shaped fountain (from the first 5 pages of the comic), Liam sits by a gray mouse woman who's laying stomach down on the table next to him. The mouse woman is fiddling with one of Liam's locs unprompted. Liam's ears are drooped and he is noticeably pissed off.
Mouse: "Your hair's so soft and curly~ Wanna come over to my place~?"

Panel 5: On yet another day, Liam lays his head on a table in frustration as another potential "friend," a poodle man, elbows at him while making a flirtatious and fetishistic comment.
Poodle: "They say once you go -[redacted]- ya don't go back~
Liam: "uuuuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh." (Liam's dialogue covers the word redacted in the poodle man's dialogue).

Panel 6: Liam, now chibified, raises his arms in exasperation and wails at how every attempt to make friends led to them trying to hook up.
Liam: "Why does everyone wanna fuck meeeeeee???"
The aromantic-asexual flag is the background. The vibrant 'MAKING FRIENDS' across the bottom of the panel is now duller, with the 'R' beginning to fall from its place.
