Happy to report no particular side-effects from getting the new mRNA flu shot & COVID shot on the same visit / same arm. Made it through the night, so thinking I'm now through any #nocebo woods. If I never post again, this breakfast sandwich from Costco should be sought for questioning—$16 box of 8…

The last store-brand Costco breakfast sandwich that came in a box of 8. Egg/cheese/bacon on a croissant, at about $2 per meal. Yes, there's the downside that comes with highly-processed food, but seeing as this is so cheap & so quick to prepare & consume, I figure the savings in money & time are adequate compensation for keeping this around as a sometime-breakfast. Pickles are an add-on from Trader Joe's, out of a jar of "Organic Kosher Sandwich Pickles" procured there.
