I think that mitoDNA fragments that are unprocessed in the lysosome may be ejected from said into cytoplasm and insert themselves through nucleolus pores end on. This would lead to improper incorporation in DNA repair of chromosome. This maybe a cause of Parkinson's and other such diseasess.
