Mofugon is waving at the viewer with a gleeful expression, there are glitch boxes all around the place which is just a projection of another part of the screen that includes Mofugon's body with more intense color. If you look closely at the background, there are also repeating string of texts, one is around the middle side behind Mofugon that spells "PLEASE" with one random letter replaced with numbers, and one is around the right side behind the orange windows that spells "I DONT WANNA DIE" that also have one random letter replaced with numbers.
