Getting into overnight oats #MySlop

This is probably unappealing to most people but I've been eating it daily for years now..
Casein protein powder + psyllium husk + unfrosted mini wheats, add boiling water and mix. Once that's hydrated and homogenous, add a scoop of mixed frozen fruits. I love #myslop
