There are specifications that if any Russian affiliated person has any type of entry document, which could include a subpoena or extradition order, that entry document of any type would be immediately revoked. So, if there are investigations that are classified secret from the public due to national security risks or high level personal threats, and we are trying to get some Russian criminals on our turf to better understand their crimes & or take them into custody for their crimes, this legistlation would revoke our power to do so to any Russian affiliated person.
