Meh from Alpecin at #MunsterlandGiro, no presence in the last 20km and Jasper was completely alone 2/3rds of the way down the group in the last 1km.

He came up fast, but didn’t get clear road until the last 100m and was way too far back. He sat up the last 10m.

*sigh* But safe to the line. #JPDF

Ugh. Jasper had a mechanical, the chain REFUSING to stay on the ring despite Jasper putting it back on twice. Had to wait for the car and a bike change, now working his way back on before they hit the little attack point now.
