I left #Motobu Island this morning.
I am now on #Yagaji Island.
I shall try to locate something actually interesting tomorrow.

Continuing my tour of #Motobu Island, I decided to investigate the main shopping area.
I saw a place called 'Half Time Cafe', and I'm still wondering what the place is the other half of the time.
Then I saw a store that has a very memorable name.

I decided to spend an entire day here at #Motobu Ocean Park. (We all make mistakes).
I saw part of a real live dolphin today (and the whole of a plastic one).
Highlight of the day: A full-size replica of a British RAC building.

I have now visited the 'model village' part of #Motobu Arboretum (I can't think what else to call it).
I arrived at Ocean Park dolphinarium just in time to discover all the dolphins have clocked off for the day.

I was told I had missed the best bits of #Motobu Arboretum (I was unaware there were any), so I came back today to check them out:
A giant bird cage (no birds whatsoever), and a weird spirally tower (I assume it's a tower).
Oh- and some flowers.

I discovered a kiddies play area (and nobody there to tell me off).

Today's exploration of #Motobu Island took me to Ocean Expo Park. I knew immediately it's an arboretum- The trees are all trimmed into specatcularly untreelike shapes (They made a balls up of the one in the circular pond).

I nearly got lost today as I continued my tour of #Motobu Island- I became trapped in a field of 3 metre high grass!

When you insist on building a house on a steep slope, expect to pay a steep sum of money keeping it from falling down.

Today, as I get up close and personal with homes in this corner of #Motobu Island, I saw a perfectly rectangular metal house, and a house they decided to build on a ridiculously steep slope. (I saw the circular one again too).

My third day discovering the sights & sites of #Motobu Island.
Today I discovered the thinnest house on earth. It would have gone in the Guiness book of World Records, but the adjudicators refused to believe what they were seeing.
