I painted this sultry #mothmaiden this weekend for funsies! I was inspired by #mabsdrawlloweenclub prompt list!
I wanted her to be spooky and moody but also kind of elegant with her wings wrapped around her as if they were a fur coat.

Are you doing a prompt list this month??

It's Mab's Drawlloween Club day 1!
I present to you my #mothmaiden

I'm so excited about how she turned out.
She's one of my favorites: the Cecropia moth.

There was only ever going to be one "Maiden"...

Took a little longer than planned for Day 1 of my favourite drawing challenge of the year, but here I am...

Prompt 1: Moth Maiden.

Welcome October! It's a perfect dreary and rainy day where I am, perfect start to #drawlloween2026. I skipped last year but I'm going to try to jump in this year. I'll be skipping between different prompt lists but today I did #mothmaiden from #mabsdrawlloweenclub #mabsdrawlloweenclub2026 #mdwc26d1

"The Polyphemus Proclamation" Day 1 of #Drawlloween! 🦋👁️✨
