Since Tuesday is what Pepe Le Pew fans (including myself) call "Pepe Le Pewsday" I decided to post some Pepe Le Pew rolling stock that were made by Lionel and LGB. #looneytunes #pepelepew #penelopepussycat #lioneltrains #modeltrains #modelrailroading

Following Bangor & Aroostook 20 across most of the Northeast T-Trak layout…until an unfortunate derailment at the yard switch.

The reason it’s going so fast is apparent in the final seconds. Trying not to get rear-ended by high speed rail!

ALCos Meet Lima
On Sunday, September 27, 2026, SP 2400 was with 2409 leading a local freight passing a train lead by SP 4445, a Lima 4-8-4, SP Class GS-4. This is at the Tri-City Society of Model Engineers (TCSME) model railroad club in the historic Niles depot in Fremont, CA.
My C-415 models are both English (Bowser) models. The 4445 is my son's BLI model.
The real SP 2400 was an ALCo C-415, SP Class AS415-1. Reportedly: it was built in 1966 builder's number 3458-1. Sold in 1977 to Fundidora Monterrey a steel mill in Monterrey, Mexico with some other C-415s.

What do Frank Sinatra, Tom Snyder, and Mandy Patinkin have in common?

They are featured in TM’s new Celebrity Train Layout series. #modelrailroading #tmbooksandvideo

Here’s the almost finished T-Trak module. I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out and just need to glue a little Optimus Prime truck cab near the spaceship.
It will be at Railfair in Boxboro, MA in a week and a half.

A T-Trak module showing a mountain with a few pine trees on the left. A spaceship is crashed into the bottom right side of the mountain…which resembles a certain spaceship from a certain 1984 cartoon series. This module is more than meets the eye!

Installing superelevation on the rebuilt and expanded HO scale Miscreant Valley branch line! The track and roadbed you see are what remained of my old layout.

Was in the mood for finishing some projects.

Had to cut a 4mm slice out of the No5 coach to get it past some encroaching scenery.
Finished painting my two vans, one in the old paler livery and the second in the cheaper new livery.

Was running this guy until smoke began BILLOWING out of the cab.

It’s not supposed to do that.

I’m guessing the 110 y/o wires are bad. Gonna take it apart once it’s no longer hot to the touch.
