Most creators burn out chasing daily posts. Stop it. Batch your content, automate the boring admin, and set hard boundaries. Your energy is the product. If youre drained, your fans feel it. Protect your vibe, theyll pay... #scouting #modelagency #onlyfansadvice

Saw a creator double rebills just by fixing their expiration notice. No new content. Just clear, human copy reminding subs what they lose if they dont pay. Its not magic, its respect. #modelagency #onlyfansadvice #scouting

Stop apologizing for raising prices. Hike when your last two tiers are 80% full. Post a casual update: "New value, new pricing." Let them decide. If they leave, their loss. If they stay, they value you more. #modelagency #creatortips #OFmanagement

Watched three creators this week. The one who gives away 80% of the value loses subs. The sweet spot? Tease the vibe, hide the climax. If your free content is a meal, your paid tier is the dessert. Dont starve them, just... #creatortips #modelagency #OFmanagement

Stop guessing. Data shows 7-9 pm local time hits peak retention. People are scrolling on the couch after work, not mid-meeting. If you post at 12 pm, youre begging for scraps. Batch your content, hit the algorithm at... #scouting #talentmanagement #modelagency

Skip the ads and hit 100 subs by teasing exclusive content in your story, drop a limitedtime free preview, and DM every commenter with a personal invite. Consistency + realtalk = early fans. #modelagency #scouting #talentmanagement

When inspiration is dead, lean on behindthescenes: quick setup snaps, a poll on what fans want next, or a raw selfie with a caption like no idea, but here's me. Whats your goto fallback? #OFmanagement #adultindustry #modelagency

This week I nudged a creator to keep 70% of posts free and 30% premium. The free teasers drove 3x more clicks, while the premium bundle spiked ARPU by 25%. Balance is keydont overlock the vault. #talentmanagement #modelagency #scouting

Spent the week watching two managers pitch the same creator. The one who actually asked about my content schedule and revenue split, then gave concrete reporting examples, turned out to be the only one worth a trial.... #adultindustry #modelagency #OFmanagement

This week I tried a 3line DM: 1) Hey , love how you liked X. 2) I just dropped a behindthescenes clip that expands on that. 3) If youre curious, its $5 PPVlet me know! #modelagency #talentmanagement

I crunched the numbers: posting between 79 pm EST on weekdays and 111 pm on weekends keeps viewers watching 20% longer. Test it, tweak for your audience, and watch retention climb. #modelagency #talentmanagement #scouting

Turn Sunday into a PPV goldmine: drop a teaser Friday night, schedule a 30min live at 7 pm, bundle a weekend wrap exclusive, and offer a limitedtime discount that expires Monday. Whats your goto Sunday hook? #OFmanagement #modelagency #adultindustry

Seeing a creator hit $5k/month from $1k, the biggest change is the workflow: they batch content, bring on a parttime admin, and set tiered pricing. The inbox flips from hey to urgent, so they finally outsource the grunt... #modelagency #OFmanagement #creatortips

One creator told me they got a contract that demanded 90% of earnings and vague termination clauses. If an agency wants you to sign without a clear breakdown of fees or a way out, that's a red flag. Keep it transparent. #modelagency #adultindustry

Seen a manager this week actually handle the grind: they schedule posts, tweak pricing on the fly, reply to sticky DMs, pull the data for whats selling, and keep the creators calendar free for shooting. Thats real... #OFmanagement #creatortips #modelagency
