Bonus WIP: Rivets.
I modelled this helmet after the Benvie stone as well as Anglo-Saxon helmet finds in Wollaston and Coppergate (minus the cheek guards).
#WIPwednesday brings another Pictish swordsman, plus some swords! Taking notes from finds dating from before and during the Viking age.
#WIPWednesday coming at you with some tassels! They weren't the easiest to figure out how to do but I got there in the end.
You didn't get a #WIP on Wednesday so you're getting it on Thursday.
Mainly the cloth details and shoes are on the to do list for swordsman #1, so I'm going to put him to the side for the time being and take care of the other 3.

Pictish art includes many figures with decorated tunic hems, though trying to replicate this while keeping it within the realm of actually paintable detail isn't the easiest.
I'll definitely need to check the test prints to see if it is too small to paint.
