#Tavqotd Eliza's Birthday 🎊🎂

The Voivode met Eliza at his ball some time ago and is pleased to receive an invitation. He brings himself as a gift and a something...more.

"A gift befitting a queen," he has brought her an ensemble crafted by the best.

🥲

Mikola has lived through *a lot.* I'll pass the mic to him.

"I experienced horror from a young age, and many more I will not give voice to, then the loss of my son. Tell me, what more do you think I have to fear on this earth?"

#Tavqotd Kill Count.

TW: Death

#Mikola kill count is in the thousands. In his BG3 timeline this occurs following the death of his son.

After his enemies killed his son, Mikola assumed a terrible form and slaughtered indiscriminately. Vampires, their armies, and their surfs—all dead.

#VoivodeVP

#Tavqotd Compassion!

#Mikola is someone who does not show it at all—on the surface. He cannot appear weak as many would long to cast him from the heights he sits upon.

It would surprise people to see a man under a monster; to know that Mikola is capable of love. But people see what they will.

#Tavqotd

Mikola was born into this and would not be pleased to revisit it. He would let Lord Basarab die and rise as The Voivode—nothing holds him to humanity now.

It is easier to be monster and not man. But he would mourn what is lost and let it all go.

#Tavqotd TW: Torture

Pain is the earliest memory Mikola has. It lasted nigh 20 years and left a crack on the soul.

"Imagine your bones breaking, fire burning your skin, unable to do *anything.* Imagine that the only respite is unconsciousness because you cannot feel."

#VoivodeVP #Mikola

#Tavqotd Pull over!

#Mikola is calm and collected as it occurs. Perhaps they are doing mandatory checks or need to reroute traffic. If he is in a hurry he may use Dominate on the officer; "I have broken no law and you will wave me through."

#Tavqotd Lore break!
Well...all of my lore surrounding Mikola, tbh. He is a VTM OC so his vampiric powers/lore play to that not DND. So if his "things" don't make sense that is why, apologies. 😶

But if you want to poke me about him or his lore! Throw your Tavs/Durges at me here!

#Tavqotd Fangs or Fur?

Well... This is a problematic question.

"The lupines have their virtues; hidden under the smell of forest and damp mutt. However, I am not an unbiased party, and so, I cast my vote for my vampiric kin."

CW/TW: Abuse

Many; though no person has seen them. #Mikola was born with sever deformities: scoliosis, twisted jaw, mangled left arm, and a limp—made worse when his hip and leg were broken.

Many corrections were done to make him "right." Or perhaps to satisfy vile curiousity.

However, Mikola does go to see his oldest friend and past love — Zorislav The Dracul.

Mikola would take a long time to answer then he would tell his younger self this.
