A big thanks to our @githayetsk family for coming over to help paint up the aprons for my sister and kids upcoming adoption feast.

So thankful they helped pour love and positivity into the regalia my sister and family will be wearing.

Raven’s flight into a new Day 20” drum

This commissioned drum is complete and waiting to be shipped off to its new home.

The new owner wanted this drum to be similar to one I made for them twelve years ago but a new chapter in the story of Raven.

Next best of drums almost finished. Now to clean up the 26” drum for upcoming show and a commissioned 20” drum will be delivered this week.

All the paint is laid down and now clean up.

Did two coats of Orange. Doing the gesso first helped immensely!

Now on to the next color and clean up!

This drum is for an upcoming show in September that I’ve been asked to take part in. More info soon!

Doing two coats of Gesso then Orange. As it’s a translucent color, I often have to do a massive amount of redcoats.

Will see if I have to do as many trying this.
