Social media post by Mike Batt @Mike_Batt, Songwriter, in response to news that MPs will "examine UK's Eurovision Song choices":
Eurovision is 'dismal' and always has been. It's a clown show. It's not a song contest. Just stop doing it. Or do it but don't debase and insult the craft of songwriting by dragging that word into the mess.
Response by Nigel M @NidgeMor:
Dude, you wrote "Remember you're a Womble."
Mike Batt's retort: I did and it's a banger. Now fuck off.
